Thread Design - No fixed budget

I'm looking for a thread design for my recently re-opened Warzone Service.

I have no fixed budget, but I will want my money's worth, so if your price is higher than average your quality should match it.

Please post some past thread designs for building, terraforming or similar services you've made here (so I can keep track of it instead of receiving a dozen messages). A full portfolio is also an option but I'll mostly be looking at designs based on aforementioned services.

Once I'm satisfied I've received a decent number of offers I'll make a selection of people whose service I'm interested in, and I'll PM you to exchange some ideas on what I'll want my thread to look like.

Note: While I will accept PMs if necessary to preserve content exclusivity (after all full-size thread designs can be stolen with a click, even if they'd only be slightly useful), I'm not interested in adding people to discord simply for discussing the details.
I'll add people once I've got a shortlist of designers.
In addition, people that demonstrate they've not read the whole thread by requesting I add them on discord without showing at least one sample of work will be at the bottom of any list I make.
