Looking to get a thread design and cover banner (ultimate perk thingy) & perhaps a signature done.
Have had a couple of people not be able to do this already so please only reach out if you are positive you can.

Looking for the following:

• "Under the sea" themed thread but in a fun cartoony style.
• Unique, easy to read, and organized thread design
• Unlimited small edits or the PSD file itself
• A cover banner that matches the thread theme
• A signature that matches the thread and cover banner theme

Full information on what's on the thread will be given to whoever gets accepted.
Timeline: 3-5 Business days after agreed upon.

Payment will be via Paypal and only paid after the thread is successfully created and approved cant be asked to deal with time-wasting or delays anymore (If you half-ass it I'm not paying for it and ill find someone else this will be going on my exchange thread and needs to be quality).
