THREAD IS NOW UPDATED!!!

Intro:

I am a great staff manager that wants to work for a server (mainly FREE but a paid position may be nice). I have worked several servers including 50-200 player bases. Some of these servers have been owned by people very high up in the MCM community such as RevVs. I also have other skills in other areas, not just a staff manager. My main type of server which I prefer are factions/HCF

Skills:

Some of my key skills are working well with people! This is essential as a staff manager because you need to be able to communicate with your staff and be as open as possible and be encouraging rather tan just putting them down all at once.
I am also able to help out in game and help with some other tasks as I know a bit about each part of servers.

About me:

I am 14 Years old (about to turn 15) and know how to handle people well. This is why I am a great staff manager. I dont get mad easily and can help people sort out their differences but can also be strict on certain rules that staff should follow.

Why you should choose me:

I believe that I am better than other managers because of my experiences, the servers I have worked on, and my morals and strictness but also being able to help and sort issues out. I know how to work well with people. I think my devotion and work ethic makes me stand out above other managers and the time I am able to put in in all aspects.

Services:

My services are I make staff guidelines and code of conduct. As well as a punishment guideline on how staff should punish players. I will also enforce a point system. 1 Point when they do something extremely wrong, after the second we will have a talk about what is wrong and what needs to be fixed and how to fix it, and the third may result in a demotion.

Weekdays: 9am - 2am EST
