Thread page count / thread count broken

The count is slightly broken, as seen below:

I believe that this is caused because the check for the number of pages a forum should have is done once an hour, so it takes a bit of time to realise that there are not enough threads to justify 10 pages and removes the 10th.

It's not really anything worth fixing considering how rarely this happens and because it doesn't cause any problems.
