Thread post cooldown

I don’t often do suggestions however, I have noticed that quite a bit, someone will accidentally create loads of threads, sometimes down to internet problems. Sometimes just new users spamming threads. This often clutters the forum, and wastes staff time, deleting them.

What I would suggest is a post cooldown. You may only create 1 thread every 10 mins if you are an unranked user. To prevent newbies spamming. 5 mins for premium, and 2 mins for supreme (Just long enough to prevent multiple threads been created, because of a connection problem).

However, it only needs to be once every few seconds in order to stop the connection problem spam.

I might also add errors saying that the thread doesn’t exist, then after trying again, it turns out to create two.[DOUBLEPOST=1473383976][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don’t think it would. If it is throwing an error, then most people will try clicking again for longer than 3 seconds, and a 3 second cooldown wouldn’t help the problem of new members creating several threads in several diffrent sections.

30 seconds would be more appropriate, let's not add that to the perks of buying ranks.. The perks of donating are just fine, and why would the Premiums/Supremes have different time cooldowns? They both donated and it doesn't make any sense. But we do need a thread cooldown.

How about they give us an option that lets us delete are threads that we make, it would make life a lot easier because I don't think people always do it on purpose like you said it could be there Internet.

Most of the time it isnt, but i have seen new users make 3+ threads, all in different sections. Option to delete threads is currently a supreme perk.
