So that ꜱᴍᴀʟʟ ᴄᴀᴘꜱ ꜰᴏɴᴛ ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴛʜɪꜱ; am I the only one who doesn't really like it? Sometimes it can be used well but often I don't like it, am I the only one who thinks this?

To be honest it's contextual because it's simply not professional.
It’s the "uncanny valley" of typography. It tries to look classy, but usually just looks cluttered and vibrates against the eyes.
Yea I feel like sometimes it can work alright in GUI titles or I'm scoreboards and such but some servers exclusively use it which I honestly don't really like
