WHAT IS THUNDER NETWORK?

Thunder Network is a project based on two people who know each other in real life that started off with a Modded based server around a custom made modpack, called Life of a King. Then we decided to expand Thunder Network into a variety of games, with the most favorite classics and including the new ones!

Over at Thunder Network, we are looking to start a project that will hopefully grow into a thriving community filled with players and staff members. Of course, if we want a positive community we need staff members to help maintain that.

With that, we are hiring Staff for our server to aid us in the project and to keep those TROLLS away from the server.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

First of all, we do not expect anyone under the age of 16 to apply as this is just silly, it's basically hiring a child for a job like running a corporate business... aside from that you are required to be above the age of 16, no less and have the maturity to perform Staff actions.

• Above the age of 16
• Average maturity to maintain a Staff position
• Able to control yourself while in tense situations
• Knowledge of fairness and equality to players
• Understanding of how to use basic Staff commands in-game, website and Discord.

Good idea with the age restriction although I think that you need to tell us more about your server. That would help you out in hooking more dedicated staff candidates to your project.
