Good day, I hope this is the correct section.
I am looking for a discord ticket bot, where a client can answer some pre-structured questions after this has been answered it will then post it in another channel. It must have some of the following functions.
- Easy ticket command such as -new or -ticket new
- Help commands so a customer/client can see.
- close command with a count down, if nobody replies it will close the ticket channel in say 30 seconds - 1 minute.
- cool down so one discord user can only create 3 Tickets MAX at a time
- Discord bot hosting must be included. (I don't mind paying the monthly fee)
- Non exclusive is fine, must be able to rename it to Newton Tickets etc.
- Achieve tickets after being closed (In other wise make a channel down below where all ticket information is still there but clients etc can't reply to it unless opened by staff)
If a bot like this already exist please link it down below or just comment your bots with prices. My budget is flexible, this does not mean you can overcharge me.
Any use of public bots you do not OWN, and try to sell me it, I will report you to MC-M staff.

I forgot, to mention. I will not deal with new users that has not been on this site for at least 1 year, and have 100% reputation for obvious reasons, Payments will only be made through G&S so your prices must be adjusted accordingly.
