Mind clarifying what bug you're reporting in more detail?
There's no reason for us to notify you when a third party makes a ticket about you/to report you. Unless what you've described within this bug report isn't, for some reason, what you're actually reporting?

If you didn't get the alert and didn't view the report, you will be banned 100% here for no response
I believe that this is referring to scam reports, and as others have said when a scam report is made you will always be tagged in it to alert you. We also send out emails and ensure that we can actually establish contact with you or see that you're purposefully avoiding it before a report is closed.
This isn't a bug and the system is working exactly how it's meant to. I'll move this to the bug report archives, thank you for the report nonetheless.
