Responsibilities:
- Reviewing support tickets in our discord, at the moment we average around 80 a day.
- Discussing with players to include more information where needed
- Carrying out on server duties such as, but not limited to, deleting old land claims, rolling back griefed areas using core protect, returning player items, breaking abandoned player shops, reviewing ban appeals, filling purchases that need manual entrance, such as custom titles or colored nicknames.
- Tracking trends in tickets so that the root of the issue can be addressed and decrease the flow of tickets from that issue.
Disclaimer: All of these duties are also carried out by Administrators, Developers, and myself. Ticket support team is being requested to allow admins to focus on developing rules and regulations instead of answering support tickets with their only free time. You won't have to do everything on your own.
- A desktop that can run discord + Minecraft simultaneously.
- A working microphone
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Experience with adminstration(Configuration and Execution) side of common Minecraft plugins (Luckperms, Essentials, Coreprotect, Chestshop)
- 2+ years experience with other verifiable server projects as Owner or Admin.
Notes: Our moderators are good at dealing with tickets regarding toxicity and server politics, your primary focus will be tasks that require administrative action.
