Hello, I am the owner of Stoneworks Vanilla branch and I am looking for a few more support staff to help with tickets. Currently we get about 100 tickets a day that range from idle chest shop removals, Tebex purchase support and some delivery that needs to be done manually, ban appeals, griefing reports, etc. This is a paid position. The support role on our team has room for growth depending on your dedication and expertise.
Requirements:
- Mic and Discord
- Experience with CoreProtect, Essentials, and general Minecraft commands
- Experience with general Minecraft technical support
- Ex-server owners preferred
Inappropriate discord usernames, profiles, or statuses may get you denied but I will ask you to change it if I find it inappropriate.
With our community being somewhat unique and large, there may be a sharp learning curve to settle in, if you are hired you will be given a 10 day orientation period to become familiar with our rules, culture, and staff structure. Being hired as Support Staff means you will not be allowed to play on the server as a regular player.
