TidalMC - Looking for help with plugins

Info: TidalMC is a very new Survival server with land-claiming, an economy, PvP and more. This started out as an SMP that I began with some friends, but it has escalated to a profiting server. Our player-base is fairly small (4-10 Players on at a time), but we have made a decent amount of money and I feel that the server is going up hill fast, but I need help with it.

What / Who I need:

I am currently in need of someone who has experience with plugins and running a server. I am very new to this and I need as much help as I can get. I am currently having issues with MessageAnnouncer and Votifer / GaListener. Also wanting to add Daily rewards and a few other additions.

Not readable on dark theme. Would recommend changing the text color to white

If you set it to the default colour (i.e - where it says none on the colour selector), then it'll be readable on both the light and dark theme (as it's adjusted automatically).
