Hey! I'm looking for a custom Minecraft Fabric mod (version 1.21.11) similar to TierTagger.

Main requirements:

• If two players both have the mod installed, they can see each other's tiers on any server (client-side display, no server plugin required)
• Tiers should display above player names and/or in the tab list
• Each tier should support a custom logo/icon next to it
• A “Retired” status that adds an (R) next to the player’s tier

Permissions:

• Only I (the owner) can add, remove, or edit player tiers

Functionality:

• Tiers must sync properly between all players with the mod installed
• Changes I make should update for everyone

Optional (nice to have):

• Simple command or GUI for managing tiers
• Custom colors/formatting for each tier

I would hope for someone to do this for like 5-10 dollars if possible.
