Budget: Ultimately, it is 2-3 videos per day - £30 per week.
If you get us members, make the videos decent then pay will increase.
I am looking for basic editing, nothing unique. Text to Speech. Writing on Screen. Display our features. Make funny content.

Capture and edit clips to upload onto YouTube Shorts
