Responsibilities:
- Record and edit voiceover videos demonstrating various aspects of the UtopiaMC server.
- Ensure high-quality English voiceovers for all videos.
- Utilize creativity to develop video concepts and execute them independently.
- Upload 2-3 videos per week to our TikTok account.
- Collaborate with our team and players for video content as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on TikTok to maximize engagement.
- Monitor video performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve content quality and reach.
- Access to all necessary resources on the UtopiaMC server.
- Support from our team and players to assist in video creation.
- Freedom to explore your creativity without constant direction.
- A collaborative and supportive environment focused on growth.
- Opportunities to influence the server’s development and player experience based on community feedback.
- Proficiency in recording and editing videos.
- Ability to create engaging voiceovers in English.
- Basic understanding of Minecraft and its community.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and players.
- Experience with TikTok’s platform, including understanding its algorithm and content trends.
- This is a paid gig with compensation around $5 per TikTok video, depending on length, effort, and quality. We can discuss specifics of pay in messages.
- Payment terms are negotiable based on performance and effectiveness in increasing our following and player base.
- As the server grows and the videos contribute to our success, there will be opportunities for pay increases.
- Potential for additional bonuses based on the virality and impact of your videos.
