Justis R, and Mick play an important role in the functionality of this site. However, not enough is being done on either end, we are getting infrequent announcements, slow support when they are needed, and they fail to pay attention to community opinions, shrug it off and make money.
Justis knows how to do his Job, yet fails to do it, and is incompetent his current position. His activity very limited, only 3 posts in the last 5 days - Visible to the community. In addition, I believe this is a good margin of his activity these past 5 days as he takes 6 weeks to respond support request, pathetic.
Today’s update had some great additions, and some awful ones. For example to removal of legacy rep after the 14th. This decision was not clearly thought through and non-staff members of this community should’ve been able to voice there opinion to prevent this. If Justis or Mick read all the suggestions, instead of ignoring them, or failing to read them, this would’ve never happened.
I’m just an average server manager, I am not god or incredibly talented individual, to be 100% transparent, yet I seem to handle over 50 tickets a day, and manage over 200 tickets at one time. This doesn’t take a lot of effort, it takes about 30 minutes per day, and as an Administrator of this site you should be able to dedicate that time.
The site continues to grow and develop, which means more scam report, support, bugs, suggestion, and moderation. Currently we have 2 people to oversee it all, Mick does a mediocre job, and Justis doesn’t put enough time into this site. We need an individual that will be able to review suggestions make a decision on them, fix bugs relatively quickly, and be able to analyze what the community wants to better the site
