Time website

Hello devs,

I am looking for a site like this one

With a few different adjustments.

• Same clock layout
• With time, date
• I want a feature where I can add assignments//to-do list and I want to setup a time its due (for homework)
• Play a 24/7 lofi music thing from youtube.
• Be able to select different backgrounds ( I choose )

Now I plan on not even hosting this website, just want it for personal use so correct me if i am wrong but Id like to be able to use it without needing it to be hosted
