Timer in scoreboard?

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows how to add cooldown timer in scoreboard? I'm using quickboard plugin. i want something like a hcf scoreboard.

For ex. If I get hit or if i hit a player, I want the timer to show in the scoreboard, when the timer is done. it will remove the timer from the scoreboard. I also want it for ability items, gapple cooldown, enderpearl cooldown and much more.

If the scoreboard supports PlaceholderAPI you could probably do this in an external plugin
