Hello I am wondering if anyone can make me a Tinkerer plugin like CosmicPvP's Budget is $20 thanks.

Explain. Not everyone os familiar with cosmic. So what is a tinkerer plugin?

I think he means that the Tinkererer is a sound effect, like the orb as presumably a crate spins. If not, this is totally new to me and I wish to know what this new item is what no-ones heard of before is.
