If anyone has any tips about making thumbnails please tell me

Here is the first one I have made

Tilt everything, use the logos instead of the banners, also put some text or an arrow to something important.

Gotta have red circles and arrows or people won't click.

Too complex and busy. Try and reduce the elements you use to a few really important pieces of information. For a server that might include the IP/name with the logo as well as a backdrop. Thumbnails are useful because they grab your attention and quickly and easily give information that the audience will want to watch. If you have too many small things scattered around it's too much work to decipher and people won't even bother.
