Staff Application is a formal that made by the server owner or manager. It's important stuff and introduction of every server on Minecraft. For today, I just want to share tips to face interview and staff application.
First of all, As I said staff application is formal. I repeat a FORMAL. You just need to be professional and don't copy any application from another forum. Based on my experience most of the server need mature people to be staff that's mean you will be 15-18 years old. Don't worry if you're 13 years or anything else that above it. You can apply if you're a mature and professional person.
Most common question;
What your past experience?
For this question is very familiar. What you will answer is what your past experience. You need to professional and it's basically a chance to show off your skill and English. But you need to be honest and provide a proof that you're staff on that server to make a manager trust and what you're type and said on your application is a truth and not plagiarism
Why you want to be staff?
It's also a general question that mostly asks on any server. Basically, I recommend you to tell everything that you interesting on that server such as how the teamwork and the building. It's will make manager will be interesting with your applications.
Paragraph and Unique.
On your threads ! you need to make your threads easy to read and the manager will not hurt their eye to read it.
