Hello, so I own a Minecraft server, that is very small, and not going to get big any time soon.

I want the opinions of Experienced servers owners on

How to make your server as good as possible:

My server is a small kitpvp server, with maybe 3 players coming on every day to have some fun. I would like to How to make my server better than others, how to get staff that have experience with growing servers, and what makes a player stay.

My Solutions/plans so far:
- Bring out a more "Solo" and known gamemode like skyblock.
- Offer payment to staff.
- Hire youtubers to stream.

What are some things i can do:

(IP is play.alliancemc.xyz)

We released a few weeks ago.

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

don't diversify too much, focus on making your server the best kitpvp server there is - that's what'll help with player retention.
