Tips on how to chargeback a failed loan.

Hey,

I'm willing to start giving loans out, but I have no idea on how to chargeback a failed loan. For example I've loaned a person $10 and he doesn't pay back on time without letting me know something and he got banned on MC-M since I started a scam report. How can I chargeback, (G&S). Like what do you say on the chargeback?

"Hello, %name% has made a trade with me. I give him 10$ and he will give me 100$ in return. You can see here the conversation with him: %screen% %screen% %screen% %screen% .
Atm, he didnt gived me my money so I want to take it back because he didnt respected the trade rules.

Report it as 'Item not Recieved'. From what I've heard PayPal doesn't really like loans that much so just refer to it as virtual/digital goods. Unless they can provide proof that you got/downloaded what you paid for, they're probably going to lose. (What Blitzkrieg told me).

Just answer any questions they have. If you have any questions try asking Blitz, he's a smart guy.
