How much should i pay youtubers and a manager? I was thinking like 5-10 bucks per video or per amount of views idk and the manager part im not sure either im seeing most server managers are taking $20-30 a week

Pay youtubers by views, dont hire youtubers who have low subscriber counts. I'd say $1 per 1k views sounds about right

Like someone said already. Manage as much as possible on your own. Especially in the beginning. If it gets too much then start looking into paying for management. $20-25 a week sounds about right.
