I made a SUPPORT request; long story short I was/am being harassed on discord by a user who uses mcm and staff asked me for proof, so I gathered up as much proof as I could (AS ASKED)... That included one of their social medias in the post (WHICH THEY HAVE MADE PUBLIC SO LITERALLY ANYONE CAN SEE THIS PERSONS NAME OR INFORMATION)

And because of this I was told that I broke rule 1.5 and MOST likely will get warning points for this.

Well, all I can say I guess is that I tried.

Eclipse might give inaccurate warning points, but she massively cuts down on the backlog. I got my warning points from her, but I think it’s worth it because the backlog has been reduced a ton.

If you broke the rules, they're going to give you points. If they find the screenshots you provided to find the user in question guilty of breaking the rules, they'll punish them aswell. I dont see why any of this is surprising.

Try to look at things from an actual person’s perspective, instead of a monotone robots. Cleora did not mean to expose any of the persons personal information. All she did was repost something public. Like if someone “exposed” my discord, even though it’s on my profile.

I understand that. But it well-known that its against the rules, she should've known and blurred it out. Regardless if you think the rules are stupid or not, take time to know them, dont break them.

Cleora 1.5 doesn’t cover leaking private information... am I misunderstanding your thread or what?

The support request I made about an user harassing me (I'm not going to disclose who due to the fact I don't feel like being hit offline or have my private information leaked) has a Youtube channel which has his instagram, snapchat, twitter and more media's linked + their media account names encase you can't find them (For example you can't really link your snapchat so he just has their name public and tells people to add them)
4. If you're making a support request, anything should go/be accepted, looked at and responded to WITHOUT warning points; unless it's threatening or breaking any rules under that. So another example is if I had a problem with someone on paypal and had a question- I could screenshot it and it genially wouldn't matter unless staff leak it, and if staff leak it, well there isn't anything I can do about that. I had something like this in the near past where someone ordered a skin but their friend paid, then I was reported for 'asking' for 'reputation' after the deal, they reported me and during the time of the argument and proof- I took a screenshot of the payment and the person I did the deal with CONSIDERED it a threat considering it was not THEM who had paid for it but someone who owed them money and was willing to pay me the owed money. The person who owed the money was contacted by the person who reported me and they had agreed that they where considering it a dox threat/leaking private information when 1. It wasn't public and 2. Not my problem when I was just trying to provide proof; I'm not going out of my way to censor proof because 1. What would be the point? If I edited out the name then it would just show a payment, which could have been for anything. For all anyone knew it could of been a payment for a dildo.

Hold on Cleora, I have asked you for the date you were previously warned because you asked about having them removed, I didn't say I was going to warn you. This is just because I can't see on your warnings where this specifically happened.
I'm sorry if I wasn't clear with this, I have no intention of warning you in regards to making a support request. And in regards to the user harassing you, i'm awaiting more proof that you had mentioned.

No, Cleora I didn't say I was going to warn you for 1.5 and when I realised you had misunderstood me I clarified after.

I said the following:

"Unfortunately as part of the rules you would have most likely broken 1.5, however if you let me know around when you received this warning then I can assign this to the moderator who would be able to help you further."

As in, when the drama or expose thread was created (in the past) you would have most likely have been warned due to breaking that rule (albeit I should have said 1.6 as that was what you were warned for and is more relevant to the situation so my apologies for that), i'm not saying that I will warn you for 1.5 due to your support request i'm just stating why you may have received warning points for whatever had happened. Which is why I asked for the date so I can forward you on to the moderator who warned you as I can't see when or where it happened on your warnings page.

When you misunderstood I then said to you:

I have contacted and tried to contact old friends and other users who had played the server when I did to get the proof, BUT! No one has contacted me back and the proof wasn't enough.

I had to UNBLOCK the harassing user to get MORE proof that he is who I'm saying he is and that he said what I said he said.

This will probably never be justified. One day he will probably find a way to re-harass me, and i'll be forced to re-make a support request on the manner. Then all of this would have to be restated, re-brought up, and have to go though this drama and chaos just to get that person warned.
