Company Overview
My name is Classified and I am the CEO of Atlas Studios LLC. We currently own and operate a Minecraft network called Titan SMP. Titan SMP is a fully custom SMP server developed by my team and myself. Though my team and I have years of experience when it comes to developing and managing Minecraft servers Titan SMP started out as a small private project but became much bigger than we imagined. Currently, the server offers features ranging from custom dungeon fights, custom enchantments, progression mechanics, crate keys and much more. Currently, we only offer our custom SMP server but we may decide to expand in the future. We released the closed beta of Titan SMP on December 27th of 2019 and it was a huge success. We have since started working on development for our public release which we plan to roll out within the next couple weeks. We are specifically looking for a good manager with previous experience. Staff Details
Available staff team positions include the following, please note if you are accepted onto the team we will be giving you the role we feel fits:Senior Administrator/Manager
Senior administrators/managers are the highest-ranked staff member within the community alongside regular Admins. They are in charge of the staff team as a whole and work with the Server Owners closely. They are a critical part of the staff team and have a large say in major network/business decisions They are also responsible for all special events or giveaways within the community.
Administrator
The administrators' main job is to help maintain the server and to assist with in-game issues and support. All administrators within our network have a high amount of privileges, however, they do not have as much of a say in major network decisions. Administrators also play a part when it comes to special events or giveaways.
Senior Moderator
This role is given to team members who go above and beyond their duties as staff. Senior moderators are expected to think on their feet and make decisions independently. A great level of maturity and responsibility is needed for this rank as every player, trial moderator and moderator look up to senior moderators for help. A senior moderator is generally regarded as the highest rank that a staff member will achieve unless the executive team is seeking out new administrators. At this level of the staff team, you will be required to review lower staff work, approve of their punishments and help guide them onto the route of being a better staff member in the hopes they can work towards a promotion. Previous duties also apply to this position.
Moderator
The Moderator position is given to those who have passed their trial stage in the staff team. This position shows that the staff member has exceeded their duties as a Helper and can now be given more responsibility and trust within the network. Dome responsibilities include chat moderation on the network as well as in Discord, catching hackers and other miscellaneous duties the administration team may provide.
Helper
Helper is the starting rank upon being accepted onto the staff team unless otherwise agreed upon by a higher-level staff member. Once accepted as a staff member, they will be assigned a mentor to help guide them and settle them into the staffing role. Evidence is required for all punishments. Helpers are encouraged to build relationships with other staff members to make the transition into the team easier. Simple tasks include Discord and Network chat moderation and
