Helper - This rank will most likely given to you if your application got accepted. This rank will be able to warn, kick, and mute. This rank help make the server more efficient for the chat for the most part.
Moderator - This rank can be given if your application is very good and gets accepted. You can also get this rank by getting promoted. This rank gets all the powers/permissions that the Helper rank gets, but the Moderator can ban, unlike the Helper. A moderator can ban for a maximum of one year.
Senior Moderator - This rank can only be given to you if you are promoted from Moderator, and you have to be playing on the server for a long time. Senior moderators can do everything Moderator can do, but Senior Moderators can permanently ban.
Administrator - This rank can only be given to you if are promoted from Senior Moderator, and you have been playing on the server for an extremely long time. The administrator gets the same permissions as the Senior Moderator, but they will get permission to all Essentials commands, and can worldedit, worldguard, and they have the right to switch their own team, replace someone else's position in a team, or remove a person from a team.
HOS (Head of Staff) - This rank can only be given if you are trusted enough and you must be promoted from Administrator. You also have to be playing for a very, very long time. The Head of Staff will get all the same permissions as an Administrator. but Head of Staff will be able to demote any staff rank besides Co-Owner, Owner, and Developer. The only time that the Head of Staff will be able to demote a rank higher than itself, is only with Co-Owner. This is if the Co-Owner becomes extremely corrupt, then the staff may be able to vote to get rid of the Co-Owner. Though for the Co-Owner to be removed, there must be a 3/4 majority vote (75%) of staff members saying "yes". But in advance, the Owner must have approval first.
Co-Owner - This rank will only be possible by approval of the Owner and the Developer, and the trust level must be very high. This rank gets all permissions possible, and helps maintain the server with the Owner. The Co-Owner may not be able to demote the Owner. They will also make sure that the Head of Staff is doing his or her job, and can dismiss them if they are not doing their job, or if they are doing their job poorly. The Co-Owner is basically the real leader of staff, because it has more power than Head of Staff.
Owner - The Owner gets all permissions and can only be achieved if the current Owner resigns, and the Co-Owner will be the new Owner. The Owner can make a new team, or remove a team, but must be decided by a 3/4 majority vote. The Owner maintains the server with the Developer. The Owner can put new rules into place, or remove a rule, which can be proposed by a regular, default player.
Developer - This rank will be literally impossible to get. The Developer puts the plugins into place, and literally makes the server be a server. The Developer will get all of the commands or permissions available on the server.
