What is TitaniumCTF?
TitaniumCTF is a unique server with only one gamemode. Capture The Flag. In the gamemode, there are two teams. Each team has a leader, mostly the staff. Though, the staff do not get special in-game perks to help them win the game. One team has to try to capture the flag, and which ever team captures the flag most, will win. Each battle will last 30-45 minutes. TitaniumCTF along with our other servers with different gamemodes have all gone successful, so this is sort of a revamp. TitaniumCTF will have nicely trained staff, and we do our absolute best to train them to perfection, not corruption.

Here at TitaniumCTF, we will need a lot of help with maintaining our server. This is why we are posting here, because we need people like you. The staff's job is to make sure that the server is a fun, and safe environment to play on. This includes helping players out in a situation when it is needed, helping with the server discussion, and making sure that all rule violators are dealt with and punished properly. Here at TitaniumCTF, we train the staff to make sure that the players are enjoying the server. This is because we want to make sure our players will be happy.

Builder Recruitment:
Here at TitaniumCTF, we will need a lot of help with the structures and the buildings of our server. This is another reason why we are posting here, is so we can recruit builders, like you possibly could be. A builder's job is to help with the buildings and structures of TitaniumCTF, which makes the server a thing. They will be helping with building the castles, maps, and other important things vital to the structure of TitaniumCTF. We make sure our builders are of high quality and not ineptitude. The builders must be good at building medieval style structures, and terraforming. This also helps players enjoy the server.

Staff and Build Team Ranks:
Helper - This rank will most likely given to you if your application got accepted. This rank will be able to warn, kick, and mute. This rank help make the server more efficient for the chat for the most part.
Builder - This rank will be given to you if you seem to be able to build and create concepts for grand structures. This rank will have world edit permissions, and will be given access to commands such as, gmc, and fly.
Moderator - This rank can be given if your application is extremely good and detailed, and gets accepted. You can also get this rank by getting promoted. This rank gets all the powers/permissions that the Helper rank gets, but the Moderator can ban, unlike the Helper. A moderator can ban for a maximum of one year. The moderators are efficient for gameplay.
Senior Moderator - This rank can only be given to you if you are promoted from Moderator, and you have to be playing on the server for a long time. Senior moderators can do everything Moderator can do, but Senior Moderators can permanently ban.
Administrator - This rank can only be given to you if are promoted from Senior Moderator, and you have been playing on the server for an extremely long time. The administrator gets the same permissions as the Senior Moderator, but they will get permission to all Essentials commands, and can worldedit, worldguard, and they have the right to switch their own team, replace someone else's position in a team, or remove a person from a team.
HOS (Head of Staff) - This rank can only be given if you are trusted enough and you must be promoted from Administrator. You also have to be playing for a very, very long time. The Head of Staff will get all the same permissions as an Administrator. but Head of Staff will be able to demote any staff rank besides Co-Owner, Owner, and Developer. The only time that the Head of Staff will be able to demote a rank higher than itself, is only with Co-Owner. This is if the Co-Owner becomes extremely corrupt, then the staff may be able to vote to get rid of the Co-Owner. Though for the Co-Owner to be removed, there must be a 3/4 majority vote (75%) of staff members saying "yes". But in advance, the Owner must have approval first.
Co-Owner - This rank will only be possible by approval of the Owner and the Developer, and the trust level must be very high. This rank gets all permissions possible, and helps maintain the server with the Owner. The Co-Owner may not be able to demote the Owner. The Co-Owner is basically the real leader of staff, because it has more power than Head of Staff.

In order to even have a chance at becoming a staff member or builder here at TitaniumCTF, you will have to apply. Once you apply, your application will be reviewed. After it is reviewed by the Recruitment Team, a member of the Administration Team will contact you via Skype. They will give you your result, if your application is denied, or accepted to an interview. If the application is denied, then you can re-apply from two weeks from the original rejection date, not the original date that application was submitted, unless the rejection date was on the same day. If it got accepted to an interview, you will join the TitaniumCTF TeamSpeak server, and you will be interviewed by a member of the Interview Team. If your interview is good enough to becomne a staff member, you will be contacted by a member of the Training Team. They will then go over the rules with you, give you the punishment guidelines, and will give you made up scenariors to test what you would do appropriately. Once you get through that, you will then be put into the TitaniumCTF Staff Chat and you will officially be a staff member!
