/title /titlecolor /titlecreate

What it does:
Adds a prefix in chat (or make it so in config I can put the placeholder {title} wherever I want in my chat plugin) <title> <rank> <player>:<message>
It basically adds a tag to the player (kind of like deluxe tags but more customizable for players). The /titlecolor opens a gui with options to change the color of the title and add capitalization and formatting )the material to click can be wool or something for colors). Preferably I want it to be SQLite or MySQL compatible but if it's just YAML that's fine. And one more request is letting colors and formatting for it be permissible.

/Titles give Title player number of the Title in config >>>give player Voucher
/Titles give Color player number of the Color in config >>>give player Voucher
/Titles to open gui to select Color and Title
