Im buying a Titles/Tags Plugin

Commands:
/titles
/Tags
/TitlesCreate Titles name
/TitleCreate When they buy


About:
Opens a GUI if they have the perm for that title

I would want a title plugin that People can create there own titles by purchasing it the store.
when they buy it will msgs them they have like
You have 1 title to create do /titlecreate to create it!
I want a File for the title with the person that owns it
and it would auto generate the title perm like title.gods [/titlecreate] and for that ones that is made from /TitlesCreate would be titles.gods

I want in config the commands
the perms
the msgs
