Hey McM, so recently Tmartn and Syndicate have been getting blasted with massive amounts of hatred due to them essentially lying to their subscribers about owning a CSGO site. Here's the link to a video that H3H3 posted detailing exactly what has happened:

My thoughts on the actions of these two individuals is probably the greatly shared opinion. I despise them. I've always thought Tmartn was a scumbag. Constantly making Supply Drop Videos whilst being paid by Activision. He's just a money whore. Now for Syndicate, he used to be one of my favorite youtubers when he still made gaming videos. Now he has practically quit gaming to vlog his life. This annoys me a bit because he basically used his gaming channel to become popular then as soon as he had enough money to quit he did so. Now he is basically scamming users on his CSGO site. Pathetic. Now I'm in no way a lawyer so I don't know if they can run into any actual legal trouble in the near future but if so I do hope they are brought to trial for their actions.

I'd love to hear everybody's opinions on this subject. Do you think they are scumbags or do you think they are still decent guys?

They're horrible. I gamble, but it's at my discretion. Nobody encouraged me or peer pressured me. I chose to gamble.
I think kids also gamble by choice, as I have yet heard about anyone being held at gunpoint and would shot them in the back of their head if they didn't gamble.

This stuff needs to be regulated at 18+, just like any type of IRL gambling.
Anyone to expect all kids to make correct choices regarding a highly addictive and life-ruining game is stupid or ignorant

Gambling via CSGO or any other third party website should be regulated to the age of 18 years or older. Most these kids don't actually make their own money and end up taking money from their parents to gamble. Now yes, nobody is forcing them to gamble. However, Tmartn and Syndicate have both made multiple videos showing themselves winning thousands of dollars in under an hour. Now with them being owners of the site it's plausible that the gambling was rigged for promotional means. The whole point is, their videos were meant to draw in users to the site using deceptive means. It's scummy.[DOUBLEPOST=1467645207][/DOUBLEPOST]It's also worth mentioning that dozens of users have come out saying that they have personally gambled on the site and have lost all their money without even winning a single thing. The range of how much these users spent starts in the hundreds and goes into the thousands. What's even more scummy is these are youtubers. They already have millions of dollars simply by sitting in front of a camera doing nothing productive for society. Now they have the audacity to scam children via betting? How can one be so low.

But how did they scam? All they did was promote their site but yeah it was wrong of them to state that they didn't own it but they never scammed anyone.

If you watch the video, it will show that it is downright fraud and against certain laws that protect consumers from getting scammed by services that has false promises (like syndicate winning loads of money on a site he OWNS, which he could be fully able to rig it to make him win each time.)

But there is no proof that it was rigged.

Well when they were originally called out for not stating in their videos they owned the site, Tmartn made a response video stating he wasn't always the owner of the site and he started out of a sponsor. Little did he know he fucked up because the CSGOLotto business information can be found anywhere on the Internet and some of this information states the Tmartn and Syndicate were never sponsors but were founders of the site. With that being discovered, it's extremely possible that their gambling videos were completely rigged. I mean Syndicate practically won almost every bet he made. Comparing this to the average user, as I stated above it seems nobody came even close to where both Syndicate and Tmartn won. If anything users have lost more on this site.

Not really I remember when he was streaming he went on a 9 loss streak so I don't believe it was rigged.

Also, there is no proof as of yet that these videos were rigged. I'm sure if someone took them to trial the truth will reveal itself. All I'll say is why believe anything they say? They blatantly lied twice about owning the site and now Tmartn has disabled likes and dislikes on his videos because he even knows he fucked up.

He only posted his wins. I watched a few of his livestreams and he didn't win anywhere near all. He posts all the wins because quite frankly who is gonna watch a video of someone losing 10's of thousands of dollars and think "That sounds like my kinda game!"

So, you would say that he shows his own website in a positive light to the majority of his consumers?
Nothing shady about that at all

I mean.. who wouldn't show their site in a positive light to people? I don't really care about any of this just wanted to ask you that.
It's anti-consumer. I do understand this site is all about "money no matter what", but this is a group of people with a obvious younger audience promoting their own gambling site with videos that could potentialy by rigged, considering they have all the power to do it. It's illegal in many countries with proper customer protection for a reason. They are simply not allowed to not disclose that they are promoting a service for money, and especialy considering that they are making money from that site directly by owning it

They did not scam anyone. If a person chooses to gamble that was there choice. I understand people did not like that they did not mention it was there website but that's just business as usually.

Okay, I have proof to back this up.
Was browsing some stuff, watch this video (it sends directly to the times needed)
look at the account Tmartn is logged into in the top right (about 5 seconds after where it puts you so just wait)

if that's not proof idk what is.
His reaction when he realises he fucked up lmao

I thought I'd bring a bit of an update. A new video came out yesterday from HonorTheCall. He's the guy who originally discovered all of this drama. Basically his new video shows TMartn using a bot account on the site. The bot account essentially gives him the ability to never lose.
[DOUBLEPOST=1467742498][/DOUBLEPOST]So in the end, I think it's really only Tmartn who should be truly in trouble for this. He's lied, cheated, scammed, and now he's hiding like a coward because he knows his little game is over.
