TNT Protection Blocks Plugin

Hi, I need a plugin like on Minelink and OneShotMC where when you place a block such as Emerald blocks under TNT, the TNT blows up and has propulsion, but does no block damage. How I believe OSMC did this is they made it region the area above the emerald blocks with worldguard to other-explosions deny or tnt deny or something. That's the small description, these are the requirements and TOS ect.

How I want the plugin:
Protection Blocks: Diamond Blocks and Gold Blocks.

Config for the protection blocks so I can add/change them possibly depending on how much more this would cost.

The area that's protected there still needs to be the explosion particles and "velocity" so it can push other TNT and falling entities.

TOS:
You make the plugin and prove to me it works, let me test it on a private server or do something along the lines of that.

After it's confirmed that you have the plugin and it works how I wish it to, I will pay half of the discussed amount, after I get the plugin I'll pay the other half.
