To “annoying” to get paid

Long story short Patt ordered a skin from me. $5 for a Alex model skin. They wanted the arms revamped to Steve (3x to 4x) and I agreed with him to do it for a thread designs for my skins. He replied he has been to busy, days went by, followed weeks and at least a month. Yesterday I looked him up and on here he is banned. He finally decided to reply to me recently (only because I’m apparently talking shit about him to a neutral friend) and pretty much said he won’t make me the thread/ pay me the $5 because I am annoying. I am typing this up from my phone and all screenshots will be uploaded. If you where in this situation, would you be pressing them on the situation like I had?

I mean, the user is not responsible for being scammed off of something without his consent of the situation. Also, the thread doesn't encourage drama, more likely resorts for people's help & informal on the matter.

She literally creates a thread for every little thing that might go wrong with a deal, scam reports are there for a reason, making these threads is just pointless.
