You probs got IP banned by Mojang, wait a day and you should be okay. No need to fix your computer 
check ur email vro, see if anything has changed
Request a password reset[DOUBLEPOST=1556822083][/DOUBLEPOST]Do you have security questions or TID? If someone has changed email as well you will have to contact Mojang with TID. If the account is un-migrated you might be out of luck but I don't think it is. If that doesn't work pm me onsite and I might be able to help you.

try uninstalling mc and reinstalling it
you may have gotten ip banned by mojang, vpns can fix this or just waiting a few hours - although i see that you said it's been a week. if so use a vpn if you are really desperate it play mc. if you have actually been ip banned, and a vpn does bypass this blacklist, if you have a dynamic ip you can try and search up your ip in your browser and try and reset your ip. (mac address changes or resetting your router should work for this)
