Toggle Mentionable Discord Bot COMMAND

Scenario:
1. I want to be lazy and have the bot turn off the mentionability of the role I am about to ping after its been used/pinged in the channel I want to use it in.
2. I type $mentionable role_name_here
3. The Bot asks me "How many times will you be pinging this role?"
4. I will type "1"
5. I go to my #announcements channel and type @role_name_here
6. The bot will detect this and set the mentionability of the role back to "non mentionable"

Budget: $1 honestly shouldn't be that difficult.

I have some python code made by a user that goes by "Natsu" who has the $mentionable role_name to toggle the role instead of using the button in the admin panel. However he's busy lately and so I'm looking for someone to add a modification to the command.
