Token Enchant Harvester Hoe Conifgs

Hello, so I have purchased the wonderful Scyther harvester hoe plugin, located at https://www.mc-market.org/resources/7317/

What I Want?
- I am opening a competitive factions network soon. What I want is sort of like whats found on vanitymc if you go to a factions realm and you get the normal harvester hoe and you earn tokens to upgrade it, thats what I want.

I want there to be four possible upgrades,

Cane Boost (75 Levels) Every level boosts the amount of sugar cane you get when farming.

Token Boost (50 Levels) Every upgrade you get more tokens for farming sugarcane

Haste (2 Levels) Applies haste enchant

Autosell (1 level)

My budget for this is only $5 at the moment but I can probably increase it if needed, my discord is Jonah#1234
