Token Enchants Plugin

Hey there, so I was wondering if there's a token enchant plugin like this.
You get tokens by killing mobs and you use those tokens to enchant your tools like armor, weapons, etc. When you type the command /enchant it shows up with a gui and what armor I would like to enchant like if I had my diamond helmet in my hand it'll enchant that and it has custom enchants like leech or prot 5. But I have no clue if it exists, there's a server called snapcraft and they have that plugin and I was wondering if its a plugin I can buy or if I need to pay someone to code it for me.

I know of a plugin that fits that description, with the GUI and custom enchants and stuff. Its called "Tokens". You can just google "Tokens spigot" and it'll show up. Its 9 euros and as far as I know you can even get the source code after purchase. Its a pretty swell plugin from what my poor a** could see from just browsing the catalog!
