TokenEnchant Cooldowns? (NPC CoolDowns)

Hey, I am currently trying to setup my npcs for tokenenchant on my server and i realised that cooldowns on them reset every time the server restarts

I was going to use the npc cooldown to make it so you can only enchant "AutoSell" once a map... But since the npc cooldown resets i cannot do that.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to set cooldowns using the tokenenchant plugin itsself (The premium one off spigot)

A bit confused as to what you mean but i think i got it.

Why not just set the enchant to a max level of one?
