TokenEnchant - Explosive (Help Needed)

Hello, My name is Callet and i own a OpPrison server called Sorix.
Recently i added TokenEnchants to the server and then i decided to add a
few customenchants within that plugin. I added 5 and they all work very well apart
from explosive... I hear the sound of tnt exploding ingame and i see the particle
effect but it does not explode. Its very weird, There are no error messages in the console
and nothing looks wrong with the config itsself.
Tnt is enabled and im using the plugin in a world called "PrisonMines"
I will leave my config for the plugin below and i will also leave a list of my servers plugins

Did you define a region? And if you have, make sure you add “Block-Break Allow”
So the mining area region u got to do /rg flag (region) block-break allow

*not too sure if its blockbreak or block-break
