Hey Guys! My name is Tom. I'm a 17 year old from the United Kingdom who has been doing T-Shirt design and Graphics design for just over a year now. This is my passion, hobby, and my soul interest.
I love helping others, and am offering this service to help you promote your server, business, or hobby in an inventive, creative method! I can assure you that my designs are of the highest quality, and reflect my passion for my work.
Process
Discuss!
We will discuss your design over McMarket message, or Skype (your preference) and we will note all requirements, colours, themes, text, images and any other features you wish to be implemented within your design.
Design!
I will then work with the discussed requirements to put together a piece of artwork, which will then be presented to you with a watermark. This process may take up to 3 - 5 days dependant on the specifications. At this stage, a 50% payment will be required as a deposit.
Modify!
Any modifications to this piece of work will taken on board and made. You have two opportunities to make revisions.
Final Piece!
The final piece will then be presented to you upon payment of the remaining 50% cost. This will then be uploaded to Amazon, and put on a T-Shirt for your customers to purchase! All printing, posting and storage will be done by us.
Costs!
The initial T-Shirt designs range from $20 - $50 depending on the specifications, duration and quality. This price reflects on the quality of both the shirt and design.
All shirts will be up for sale on Amazon for $14.99 each, which you, customers, and staff can wear to promote your business, server or other organisation.
Payment!
All payments must be made through PayPal (Gifted) as this is currently the only supported payment system we offer.
Examples!
1. The deposits are NOT refundable. Once you pay the first 50% you agree that you’ve paid for the services, regardless of whether you get the final product or not. You are only allowed to cancel your order during the sketching stage. If you try to cancel after that, the deposit will be kept for the time and work done. This is to encourage people not to waste time.There can be exceptions to this rule, just contact me if you encounter a problem during the process.
2. You are NOT allowed to chargeback or attempt to get your money back after you’ve recieved the final product. Doing so will result in you being banned from my shop in the future.
3. I hold the right to cancel any orders for whatever reason. If I ever cancel, any funds that have been paid so far will be refunded to the client along with my apologies.
4. If you’d like to receive your product GUARANTEED within 2 days after ordering, I do accept a fee for that, please ask about that before the sketching stage
5. You are NOT allowed to claim to be the creator of the product or alter/edit the product. You are however allowed to use the final product for whatever you’d like without credit to me.
6. I will not provide you with the raw file (.psd/.SAI). This can be purchased for a fee.
7. Please keep in mind that it’s not my responsibility to store your final picture. Sometimes I delete old pieces of work and whilst I will try my best to recover your picture, I can not get held responsible if you lose your picture.
8. I will only allow clients to make minor changes to their product after they’ve made the full payment, if they’re requesting too many changes or the change needed is too large then a fee would have to be paid.
9. All of the art belongs to me until the payment has been sent over. This includes the sketch. If I sent you a sketch and you've not paid yet, it does not belong to you and you may not re-use it or get another artist to draw it up.
10. You are NOT allowed to re-sell any of my art. If you're planning to sell your server including the graphics, please ask for my permission first.
