Hello, my name is Too / Ole. I am 15 years old and currently offering my service (FREE) From norway (EU) Got all programs which are needed: Telegram, Discord, Anydesk, Teamspeak.
I have been having a lot of different and difficult jobs in different communities and been learning a lot in the past couple of years playing the game. Been playing this game since the game came out and my skills have just been improving every day. I am really experienced and my service is free, I am looking for the following positions: Manager, Admin, Sr.Mod (Or other can be discussed) Looking to work for a HCF, Practice or Kitmap Network. Proof of past experience will be shown in PM (Please do not reply to this)

Activity: I am a really dedicated person and I will be putting around 2-14 hours each day while staffing on the server. My schedule will not change and I will stick to this schedule duo done with all my exams.

Skills/Abilities:
Setup Teamspeak (Groups, Ranks perms etc)
Set up Discord (Groups, Ranks + bots)
Decent at building
Staffing (Staffing as a normal staff, banning people etc)
Manage Forums
Manage a staff team + Making Screenshare guide and Staff guide
I can make screenshare tools (Decent)
Good at screensharing (I can find literally everything)

Most of your notable experience is as a Mod and Helper, how does that qualify you to be a Manager? All your skills are tailored towards Moderation. The only management experience you have is on two unreleased servers (no management at all) and on a server that has a playerbase of "10-150". "10-150" usually means a 10 playerbase that peaks at 150 otherwise you would say a 150 playerbase.

When the server has SOTW it's around 150 players then it goes down to 10 (Kinda dead)
First of all, as a Admin on PvPTemple I helped the Manager/Higher managing the staff I had perms to demote people and promote people. I was helping the Manager with promotions, helping with screensharing and helping staff members with anything (Questions about commands etc) I didn't only say manager, but Admin, Sr.Mod or more but Manager is one position I am available to do. Not peaking 150 they have around 150 then it goes down to 10 when its dead so it's around 10-150 really depends. I said as well "+ more servers" I can name all the servers I have been Manager on / Managing for. "two unreleased servers" Viax was out but sure.
