I am looking for people to develop a plugin for me where you have shovels, pickaxes and axes. I would like to be able to config the names for them. The main purposes of these tools are going to be to get rewards. I would like this to be a percentage per block. So like, for example, there is a .01% chance you get a command. When it hits, I would like it to execute a configurable command, and configurable text. I am looking for the best deal, and I hope someone can help me get this plugin. Thank you!
