hello I am looking for someone to develop a plugin (tools evolve) ie a pickaxe which improves with enchant + which mines faster also as if we had haste. same for the sword which has the best enchants little by little by killing monsters and at the end we will have a sword which oneshot with looting 3. for the similar ax evolution little by little full enchant and at the end which breaks the abre instantly. the hoe for the farmer at the end its replanted in 3x3 and recovered in 3x3. the same shovel at the end is full of delight until you have silk touch then
my budget is limited (on estimate)
