Happens to me too kinda annoying but not a crazy big deal. It should still get fixed as it is one of the promised features of supreme.

As others have said, this issue has since been fixed. The problem for the moment is that new advertisements do not update to their package's displays settings, so each time a new top or sidebar banner is up we have to manually fix it.

We will be custom developing a fix to this soon.

I'll move this to the bug report archive for now.
