I don't know much about pricing and anything better than NotoriousCore but I'd be willing to spend a couple hundred (hopefully less) on a top notch core plugin (like big servers use).

Velt uses para's core. There was a dupe method from para's core that was able to be used on velt.

I'm sure other big HCF servers have theirs custom coded though.
