I disagree. That is just mean as well.

in my case my company is not called a "service team" but we do offer custom requests and one of our 13 developers may accept it. But we also release resources to this account (and spigot) that our developers make in which we have made over 40 all being 5-star average. We just call it a "development company". But either way I think service teams are a big part of the market and they are fine there is nothing wrong with owning on.

For my company all developers get the same %, so no one paid more/less than the others. Plus as we have so many resources + reviews people know we won't lowball/rip anyone off.

Sadly some service teams are just made to rip people off that's why people do not trust them.
