My server Tropebay have recently split with a Avatar community and is re-relasing as a separate Survival server January 29th. We hit about 60 players on release and definitely have the potential to grow even further with the right recruitments, hence why we are currently recruiting for several position.
Tropebay is a Minecraft Survival server running a custom version of Slimefun with custom items. We will give you the most refreshing Survival Lands experience where people can create towns, survive, level up, prestige, complete dungeons and have a great time with friends. We are running our own custom resource pack, which takes full advantage of all the latest features, bringing you special items and 3D Models you've never seen before.
There are also tons of unique plugins, such as PyroMining and PyroFishing steps up mining and fishing to a whole new level, adding Fluxes, Arcanes, Skill Points, Runes, Custom Enchantments, you name it!

We are seeking for the most qualified people for our open positions, that have previous a lot of experience either Managing or Administrating large servers.Available positions as of 06/02/2020:
- Resource Pack Manager: As Tropebay have a heavily modified resource pack, we are looking for someone who is able to assist in managing our resource pack. This includes adding items, removing items, dealing with Custom IDs and editing them.
Requirements: Have a lot of knowledge with resourece packs. Must be willing to learn about the ItemsAdder plugin if you don't already know about it.
Payment: Will be negotiated.
- Resource Pack Artist: Someone who creates 3D Models and textures for items.
Payment: Paid for items created and deadlines met.
- Java Developer: Always on the lookout for talented serious developers with experience working on creative and time-sensitive projects and who possess a strong internal drive.
Requirements: 1 Year Experience in Java, Experience with SQL Databases and GitHub.
Payment: Payments are based on projects completed, bugs fixed and your activity. Ranges from $10 to $200+.
