The time has come. Due to several issues with funding and the second owner being inactive, we have decided to move on from Torn and possibly find a new owner - someone who is able to deliver the final product to the community.

The server is essentially fully developed, all custom coded (the major parts, things such as permissions are using luckperms), and has been beta-tested with plenty of positive feedback from our entire community.

Gamemode: The concept was fairly unique. It brought both prison and skyblock together to form a gamemode on its own. We invested a total of ~2,000$ into the server which essentially includes everything below. The gamemode is essentially the following;
1) Join the world and are given a tutorial.
2) Do /mine <name> to create a mine.
3) Mine the blocks on your mine to further upgrade it.
4) Get tokens and upgrade your pickaxe.
5) Enjoy the /warzone which contains bosses and envoy drops.

Hey, I had a few questions before possibly bidding;

1. What JAR is the server using?
2. What version is the server running?

3. I saw that the majority, if not all, of the plugins are custom coded. Does the purchase of the server come with the source code AND exclusivity of these plugins?
4. Who coded these plugins?

5. You said that you are willing to sell equity, would be willing to sell the server completely and then get hired to manage the server? Possibly through rev-share or flat-rate?

6. Does the server have a clean reputation? As in no flops, no drama of any kind, no false promises, etc.

7. You said the beta worked out great and you got positive feedback, but you are also looking to sell this to "someone who is able to deliver the final product to the community". So just to confirm, your server a simple buy->advertise->launch?

8. Also to confirm, the purchase of your server would include, the artwork, domain(s), plugins, server files AND the exclusivity to use them?

9. Does the purchase of this server come with a discord server?
10. If yes @ 9, does it have a custom bot?
11. If yes @ 9, are the players on there legit or is there a portion that is botted?

Apologies for the delay didn't notice there was a reply until someone confronted me about not responding to it on discord.

3) If you purchased 100% of the server you would have resell rights. 51% equity has been sold to an undisclosed buyer. However, they have specified they're willing to sell their shares for the right price - willing to help you two communicate.
4) As I've told many others, I won't be specifying who developed the sever. If that makes you not want to buy it, that's, unfortunately, something I cannot help with.
5) 51% equity has been purchased by an undisclosed buyer.
6) It has had a lot of promises which caused a bit of drama but it shouldn't cause too much issue as when it was released it got cleared up.
7) To a certain extent, this post is quite outdated to be completely honest but all bugs should have been fixed according to the ex-development team.

Not trying to sound like a douche, however, I honestly don't see the value in this, if 51% of equity is already sold to someone, buying this would just make you essentially a co-owner, no? This person has more rights to the server than you, even if it's only 1%. If this server sells for $400 for 49% equity, you'd end up just paying a good, what, like $450/$475 for the other half if the shareholder is smart about it? Either way, glws.

Your statement is correct however, I'm unsure of how equity correlates to how much someone pays for the server. Typically in a business governed by a director, you would expect the person paying for a majority of it to either;
A) Be the director of the company
B ) Be the investor.

Due to the other shareholder owning 51% of the server you wouldn't be required to pay anything - essentially passive income.
