Your right![DOUBLEPOST=1481678538][/DOUBLEPOST]I'm not officially sure but I'd say no as you could add a bunch of rules that are bs and no one would ever know right?
If I was to add to every plan, "By purchasing this, your agree to our ToS (zcorphosting.com/tos)", next month, when my clients pay, would it make them agree after they pay next months invoice? If they don't agree to the tos then it does not apply. They have to acknowledge it.
What if it's clearly stated in the plan desc? (ex: https://gyazo.com/79ae76211e9b2304276f5ccfc4461d9e)If the person who bought from it or whatever from it never actually said that he/she agrees to it, and the TOS does not state that you automatically accept it when purchasing (normally in automatic services) before you buy it, then it does not apply.
