TOS Option for free resources

Free software also has terms. For all I know, there is not a way to add the TOS tab for free resources right now on MCM

Would be nice, especially if you’re looking for credit for the work.

I think that this is a wonderful idea that should be combined with the addition of being able to pick a license for your resource. (Apache 2.0, Creative Commons, MIT, etc)

Adding the TOS tab instead of a dropdown selection of popular licenses gives you the freedom of creating your own license terms, but an easy way to add popular licenses would be good
